J-L Ska, Old Testament scholar (Pentateuch) from the European side, holds Doctorate in Sacred Scripture (SSD 1984) from the Pontifical Biblical Institute where he currently teaches as a professor. He was born in Arlon, Belgium in 1946 and entered the Society of Jesus in 1964.
